My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is brilliant, providing easy access to all areas of Kuching. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a decent wifi connection for work. The service was top-notch with friendly and incredibly helpful staff. The dining experience had a lot of variations to choose from. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor downsides.

The staff, from those at the entrance to those in reception and room service, were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and taken care of.
